EHi2 – Estate Entertainment ("EHi2," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website (the "Site") to showcase our cinematic real estate video and visualization services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Contact and project details. When you submit a form on this Site (for example, the "Start a Project" form), we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, property address or location, and details about the project you're requesting.

Communications. If you email us or otherwise contact us directly, we keep a record of that correspondence.

Payment information. We do not collect or store payment card details on this Site. When you're ready to pay for a package, we send you a separate secure invoice through Shopify, and payment is processed directly by Shopify's payment system. We do not see or retain your full card number.

Automatically collected information. Like most websites, we may collect limited technical information (such as browser type, device type, and pages visited) through cookies and similar technologies to help the Site function properly and to understand how it's used.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to project inquiries, prepare and send invoices, deliver completed work, communicate with you about your project, and improve our Site and Services.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate — primarily Shopify, which powers our website, invoicing, and payment processing — and only as needed to provide our Services, or where required by law.

Data Retention

We keep project and contact information for as long as needed to complete your project, respond to your inquiries, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us at contact@ehi2.net.

Cookies

This Site may use cookies to support basic functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent changes.
