EHi2 — Estate Entertainment
EHi2 was founded by a young entrepreneur with a background in Business Administration and a long‑standing interest in real estate, architecture and digital technology.
The idea behind EHi2 is simple: a property is more than its floor plan or its photographs — it's a place someone should be able to feel before they ever visit it. EHi2 exists to build that feeling, using 3D visualization, cinematic camera direction and AI‑assisted workflows.
EHi2 is an early‑stage studio. The Concept Collection shown throughout this site is a set of fictional, AI‑generated demonstration projects — built to communicate the visual quality and creative direction EHi2 aims to bring to real client properties, not a record of completed work.
The ambition is straightforward and long‑term: to become the studio that property owners, developers and hospitality brands turn to when a listing needs to feel like more than a listing.
Founder
Before EHi2, Jasha played academy football in Switzerland, then competed at a semi‑pro level in college football in the United States and in Spain. He's currently studying Business Administration and Real Estate, and brings a practiced eye for interior design and visual presentation to every EHi2 concept.
